Gold Service
Benefits:
- All the benefits afforded in the Silver service level plus:
- Remote support for all covered nodes
- Discounted rates for on-site support and à la carte services •Included PC tune-up and refresh services
- Warm Spare PC available within one business day
- No setup charges (does require term commitment) A “Warm Spare” is a Windows PC with a basic configuration, security tools, and client image installed. It may need initiation onto the client network but is otherwise ready to work.
Turnkey Service

- Includes Standard Windows® PC
- Professional monitoring and alerting for key IT systems/services
- Hot Spare PC available at client site
- 15% discount à la carte services (Hardware excluded)
- Minimize monthly cost variability
- No setup charges (does require term commitment)
A “Hot Spare” is a Windows® PC that is on-site and ready for use just as any other workstation. It only needs to be moved to the desired work location and connected to power and the network.
